* Always ensure the tape fits comfortably around your waist with your thumb in on the body side of the tape. if you measure with a tight tape-you wiill end up with a tight fit-so make sure your measurring tape fits comfortably when you measure.

**It is important to ’round off to the higher size’- for example if you measure a 32-inch waist make sure you ‘go up’ to the 33 inch size L rather then down to the 31.5-inch size M
